The straight answer

No peptide on this site is a proven treatment for hair loss. The copper peptides here, AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu, are the only ones with a real tie to hair, and their evidence is thin: mostly lab dishes and mice, with a few small human studies that always mixed the peptide with other ingredients. They may end up being useful add-ons someday, but nothing here is proven, and none of it should replace treatments that actually regrow hair. The good news is that real, effective treatment for the most common kind of hair loss already exists and is easy to get.

What actually treats it

For common pattern (androgenetic) hair loss, the two FDA-approved treatments are topical minoxidil and oral finasteride, and used together they stabilize or regrow hair in the large majority of people.
