The straight answer
No peptide on this site is a proven treatment for hair loss. The copper peptides here, AHK-Cu and GHK-Cu, are the only ones with a real tie to hair, and their evidence is thin: mostly lab dishes and mice, with a few small human studies that always mixed the peptide with other ingredients. They may end up being useful add-ons someday, but nothing here is proven, and none of it should replace treatments that actually regrow hair. The good news is that real, effective treatment for the most common kind of hair loss already exists and is easy to get.
What actually treats it
For common pattern (androgenetic) hair loss, the two FDA-approved treatments are topical minoxidil and oral finasteride, and used together they stabilize or regrow hair in the large majority of people. A dermatologist can also rule out other causes, like thyroid problems, low iron, or a scalp condition, that need their own specific treatment.

SpeculativeGHK-Cu is a natural copper peptide widely sold in hair serums, and it does have a plausible mechanism: in lab studies it raises a blood-vessel growth signal (VEGF) that helps supply follicles. It is often marketed as a gentler alternative to minoxidil, and one review even described it as a hair-growth promoter compared with minoxidil, but that is an author's characterization, not a head-to-head clinical result. The actual hair-specific evidence is a topical-delivery study in mice, not a human hair-regrowth trial, so treat it as a promising add-on to real treatment, not a replacement, and only the topical form has any safety track record.

AHK-Cu
SpeculativeAHK-Cu is a close cousin of GHK-Cu, and the one direct study on it found it made isolated human hair follicles grow longer and helped the cells at the hair root survive and multiply, in a lab dish. That is a genuine, hair-specific signal, which is why it shows up in scalp serums. But it has never been tested in animals or in a real human trial on its own, and most of what is marketed about it is actually borrowed from GHK-Cu. This is an early lab finding, not a proven ingredient.

If you have hair loss, the honest answer is that no peptide here is proven to fix it, though the copper peptides are worth knowing about as possible add-ons once you are on real treatment. The regrowth that actually holds up in studies comes from minoxidil and finasteride, not research chemicals.
