Your goal
Joints and tendons
Here's the honest picture: almost nothing you'll read about online is truly proven for joints and tendons. Really only one knee injection has solid human data for the joint itself, and most of the popular "healing peptides" are backed only by animal studies and gym-forum stories. Go in with your eyes open.
What actually works
1The strongest real evidence for this goal.
Promising, still unproven
3Interesting early signals โ not proven yet.
Teriparatide
EmergingAn FDA-approved injection that genuinely rebuilds bone and helps stubborn fractures heal in humans โ but that's bone, not joints or tendons. For cartilage and the joints themselves the evidence is still only early lab work.
BPC-157
EmergingThe most popular tendon-and-joint repair peptide, but the healing results are almost all from rats; the only human hint is one tiny knee-injection case series.
TB-500
EmergingMarketed for faster tendon and muscle recovery, but that use rests on animal and lab work, and the human trials were done on a different, natural protein, not the product people inject.
Mostly hype โ be skeptical
7Lots of buzz, little human proof. Tread carefully.
GHK-Cu
EarlyA copper peptide with real skin-repair credentials, but for joints the only evidence is a rat ligament study where the benefit faded by 12 weeks.
MGF
EarlySold as a recovery aid, but it has never been tested for joints or tendons in a single human trial.
PEG-MGF
EarlyA longer-lasting version of MGF with the same problem: no human trials at all.
VIP
EarlyA natural hormone that's a serious research subject, not a proven joint or tendon treatment.
Kisspeptin-10
EarlyA reproductive-hormone peptide only loosely linked to bone and joints in animal studies; nothing here for self-use.
HGH Fragment 176-191
EarlyA fat-loss fragment with essentially no joint or tendon evidence.
AOD-9604
EarlyAnother unapproved fat-loss chemical with no real case for joints or tendons.
The honest bottom line
For the joints and tendons themselves, the only treatment with real human proof is a knee hyaluronic-acid injection (modest, temporary relief). Teriparatide is a proven drug, but for bone โ not joints. The famous "healing peptides" like BPC-157 and TB-500 are still mostly hope built on animal studies.
