Your goal

Joints and tendons

Here's the honest picture: almost nothing you'll read about online is truly proven for joints and tendons. Really only one knee injection has solid human data for the joint itself, and most of the popular "healing peptides" are backed only by animal studies and gym-forum stories. What actually works

1

The strongest real evidence for this goal.

Promising, still unproven

3

Interesting early signals โ€” not proven yet.

Mostly hype โ€” be skeptical

7

Lots of buzz, little human proof. Tread carefully.

The honest bottom line

For the joints and tendons themselves, the only treatment with real human proof is a knee hyaluronic-acid injection (modest, temporary relief). Teriparatide is a proven drug, but for bone โ€” not joints. The famous "healing peptides" like BPC-157 and TB-500 are still mostly hope built on animal studies.
