No peptide is a proven fix for injuries. The only real medicine here is for specific cases โ€” bone with teriparatide, brain injury with cerebrolysin โ€” while the popular tendon-and-muscle "healing" peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 are promising but still unproven in people. A long tail of injectable "repair" peptides sold online (MGF, the IGF variants, follistatin and more) share the same story: good animal data, no human proof.
